How about PythonWorks from Secret Labs (www.pythonware.com)?
Where does it place on the IDE ladder?

I actually do like BlackAdder...but it has always been in the back of
my demented mind that there should be a good visual IDE just for Python
and Tkinter. The other widget sets(Pmw,Tix, etc.) would be optional.
That way it would run everywhere Python and Tkinter do.
