After nudges from Tony Ibbs and you, I've made a PDF version, now at
http://www.amk.ca/files/zodb/zodb-guide.pdf .  If you're printing it,
you can skip the last 5 pages, which are the text of the GFDL.  (I'll
fix that waste of space in a future version.)
