PSU uses emacs?

O'Reilly's book is good for learning basic vi, which of course is helpful
when learning vim.  Don't know any good
book on vim, though.  It comes with tons of documentation, but I still like
to have something on dead tree pulp.

Afraid I haven't gotten around to customizing it for Python yet, but I may
try some of the suggestions here.  Out
of the box it handles python syntax highlighting, so it works pretty well
for me.
