Electronic edition of 'The Standard Python Library'

Got mine from MightyWords and had no problems.  (I haven't had occasion
to attempt to move it from one machine to another, however.)

According to the Preface all the example scripts can be downloaded from
the Pythonware site.  Apparently this isn't true, however when I asked
Fredrik about them he emailed me a zipped archive.
