Bug in rfc822

The astute observer would be tempted to ask why Barry hasn't been able to
sneak mimelib into the core yet:

    >>> import mimelib
    Traceback (most recent call last):
      File "<stdin>", line 1, in ?
    ImportError: No module named mimelib

I won't ask however, as I don't want to show up on the PSU's radar screen.
Has anyone seen Barry recently?
