you will be able to write.

Not that I know of. I have never worked for a company that had a
"staff mathematician" who did all the math while the rest of us just
coded.

With Python, the Python tutorials and documentation, and this
newsgroup, you should be able to start learning programming, no
calculus classes required :-)
