A quickie: Doesn't medusa provide far better performance than
BaseHTTPServer?  Does anybody know?
Benchmarks would be nice, testing with several concurrent clients etc. How
capable is BaseHTTPServer and the other standard python libs. for this kind
of thing? How capable are they in general? Just for testing or do they work
"under pressure" too? It would be great cuz they're really simple to use.
