Hello Ruud,
that's easily fixed:
Start WurmDos emulator.
Start RecEdt.EXE .
Search for "CertStatistics" and delete all sub keys.
Press F5.
Doubleclick on Dancing Clerk.
Re-Enter bank account number and transfer ID.
Leftclick on 'Certificates' Button.
Shutdown and restart WurmDos emulator.
Shutdown and restart WurmDos emulator a second time.
Shutdown WurmDos emulator to NETONLY mode.
Now it works for sure.
