As long as we're mentioning Python-based GUI stuff, there's also Gtk+PyGtk:
That's the stable (Gtk 1.2-based stuff). If you're into the bleeding edge
(Gtk 1.3-based), check here:
I only use it on Linux, but it is also available on Windows.
