Depends what you mean. For example, if you're on a Unix system, it's
quite likely that the simplest solution is to let the timing be done
externally by a cron job; the program itself does not handle the timing.
(You can probably have the Windows scheduler do something similar, but
I'm not familiar enough with it to say.)
