Python for MS-DOS (was: Re: RS232 support for DOS on 486?)

I tried downloading file:

    ftp://ftp.ice.ru/pub/slobin/python/pythonx.zip

which may only be read by user 1010, is not downloable by anonymous FTP.
Could this be adjusted?
