PYML, Python, Perl and Zope

PYML looks very neat for web delivery (Python embedded in HTML).

With Python 2.1 does it still need the SGML thing?

Is there anything like it for Perl?

Zope looks neat, too.

Zope uses DHTML, right? Is anyone using it with PYML?

and how is Zope for coding in languages other than Python? (e.g., Perl)
