tools for visual basic --> python?

We want to convert VB code to python.  It is small enough we could do
it by hand, but a few tools would help.  Even a crude hack with
line-oriented regular expressions would help.


I'm about to write something myself, but I'd hate to reinvent the
wheel.  Searching google and groups-google didn't turn up anything.
