Python Developers in the UK!?

Does anybody know where I might be able to source Python developers in
the UK. I work for a Pan European company currently looking at
building their online operation in Python in a Zope application server
environment. We are looking to find talented developers who wish to
join a fast moving and dynamic company, however have no idea where
these guys may be....please can somebody help?
