Problem posting an app to Vaults of Parnassus

I've tried several times to add a Python application to the Vaults of
Parnassus at http://www.vex.net/parnassus/, and each time it seems to
complete successfully, but the app never actually appears on the site.
I've sent a query via the site's feedback page, but got no response
there either.

Does anyone have contact information for the site's webmaster, or any
ideas what the problem might be?
