I am linking in Python into my application. But, when I run the
application in DEBUG mode, it tries to load Python.dll and Python_d.dll
and then does an "Automatic DLL Relocation." I am not quite sure why the
python.dll is being loaded. This is with Python 2.1b1.

MSVC Studio.
Windows NT 4.0SP6
