curses -- module cannot be found

The setup.py script *can* guess incorrectly, though, at which point
you'd need to edit Modules/Setup.  If it guesses wrongly and the
original poster believes it should be able to figure out if curses is
present, submit a bug report to Python (at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/python).
