Presumably that implies recompiling all of MyClass's
methods, and searching out and updating all of it's
instances -- a much more heavyweight operation than
the Python equivalent.
It's not exactly the same thing, either -- Python
instance variables are added on a per-instance basis,
whereas that is adding one to all instances.
That's not to say the Python way is necessarily
better, just different.
