Using Cookie.py under Python 1.52

It's not that.  I've restarted and still no cookie.  Also before rebooting,
I saw a lot of cookies for sites I also visited recently, just not mine.

I'd also like to know how the browser decides on the cookies name and how
the server app picks this back up again.  This is where I'm stuck at the
moment.
