emacs in python mode does the correct thing, says the styleguide.

1. It puts all the arguments in the same general area.
2. It looks better.
3. My hoovercraft is full of eels.

The choise is yours!

Of course, now someone will pop up with a usability study of some sort, but
I leave that to you.  I like the way python-mode does it, and that's enough
for me.
