SOAP HOW-TO ?

What would I need to do to have two Linux servers talk SOAP (preferably over SSL/TLS) with the following -

Server has Linux, Apache, ModSSL, OpenSSL, Python as cgi handler

Client has Linux and Python with httplib

Pythonware's soaplib ?
AMK's amkCrypto ?
