Python STILL prints the wrong international letters

That's alright for me, also. And so it is if I run a compile in emacs.
But as you with a prompt
python foo.py

I get garbage
æøå gives µ°Õ

However, only the command line echo is wrong. The file maxm_out.txt is
alright.
