I would be a little suspicious of any software that claimed to magically
convert Perl to Python, and I'm not sure you'll find any. But if you correct
your spelling of the former (to "Perl") you can probably at least get some
useful information for porting Perl programs to Python "by hand". For
example, submitting the search string "convert Perl to Python" to Google
(http://www.google.com) yields some useful-sounding links.
