Windows editor?

I find EditPlus http://www.editplus.com to be the best text editor on
Windows (it too a long time, but I finally found one that was almost as good
as BBEdit on the Mac). It does have one glaring flaw though ... whilst it
can insert spaces instead of tabs, it doesn't then treat spaces as tabs when
deleting or moving the cursor through. So I use tabs for everything (no
comments/flames, etc).

Configurable syntax colouring, configurable auto-completion. There are a few
things I would change/enhance, but nothing I can't live with.
