Which book can be translated?

While this is not quite a book, I would be very pleased if any wished to
translate and/or distribute any of my "Charming Python" articles at:

However, there is a slight restriction to this (not mine).  IBM
developerWorks has first-publication rights on all of these.  The ones
that are six months old are free and clear, and I hereby grant all
permissions to reproduce/translate blah blah blah...  The newer ones
need my publishers permission; but they have been happy with such
translations in the past (so just let me know so I can clear things).
