win32all com port program problem

I write a program use win32all's com port function, it receive data
from com port and work well in desktop pc, but when I use it in
notebook, this program
become unnormal. In desktop pc, it can receive data looking like
normal ascii
data, but in notebook (i try 3 notebook, one asus and two acer) the
data looks
like binary data... does any one know what problem in this situation
and how
to solve it?? Thanks...
