[ZOPE] using re.compile(...) raises an HTTP401 (basic authencication) ??????

Hmmm..... Not the case of my server.
I'm just using a regexp to check the RFC822 conformance of a mail address
from a form. Don't think this requires much IT energy !
In addition, users are not allowed to write their python scripts.
