Just as a minor point, the quoted section above was written by Art Siegel, not
by me.  I don't think any confusion has resulted, and I'm not really worried
about being misattributed, just wanted to clarify this for the record.  :)

(Also for the record, I tend to agree with Tim Delaney on this point...)
