Am I a troll? Split personality?

I use Outlook express. I was using a news account to post the messages.
I have multiple mail accounts, one using my web "handle". When I post
to the news account, there is no "from" input box, and I never know
from which mail account the post will come from. I can't figure out how to
specify from whom the message is being sent. I am new to windows, if
anyone knows the answer I'd appreciate help.
I've switched to a mailing list so now there shouldn't be any more problems.
