How can I install win32all-140.exe over Python2.2?

win32all is a binary release, so a build for Python 2.1 won't work
with Python 2.2. You'd have to check out the source from CVS and
rebuild it yourself for 2.2 - my guess is any tweaks that might be
necessary would be minor, but I haven't yet done it myself so I could
be wrong.
