Mike,

Dunno if it's available for MS Project, but with other MS Office
applicaitons (Word...), you can install the full help that provides the
application object model and the detailed/commented API for VBScript,
sometimes with examples (easy to translate into Python).
But this is not a default install option with MS Office since few users
write macros with VBScipt editor.
