What is it?

 Using the inspect module it grabs all the information needed from a python
module
 and generates an XML-based documentation. The enclosed XSL and CSS file
 can transforms the XML file into an XHTML document for viewing.

Requirements:
 Should run under python 1.5.2 and above assuming that the inspect module
works
 under it
