PSA/PSF, pyZine international payments

Living in Europe it is still amazingly difficult to transfer money from a
local bank account to an USA account (Note that despite the introduction of
the Euro even transfers crossing borders is still difficult). It would be
nice to have some easy way to pay PSF (PSA?) and order pyZine from Europe.

For Dutch readers would the PSF be seen as charity and therefor as tax
deducable?
