I guess you're right - I did learn a lot from so many immensely useful
replies. Time to shed my C++ skin and learn something new. Thank you guys!
(wouldn't it be nice if someone writes up a comparison list between Python and
the other major OO languages, e.g., SmallTalk, C++, Java, etc.?)
