Have you looked at the demo provided with wxPython?  It is a 
marvelous source of example code for every aspect of wxPython, 
and is frequently clearer than reading the annotated wxWindows 
docs.  Consulting both of those (docs + demo) will answer about 
90% of wxPython questions.  For the others, consider joining the 
wxpython-users mailing list (from wxpython.org), where all sorts 
of questions are quickly answered.  :)
