Case insensitivity

I know I have this wrong.

We have a Boolean "False" that's not
really a Boolean as a synonym that's
not really a synonym for 0.

A clearly identifiable benefit being
avoiding the situation where I
define FALSE = 0 and you
define false = 0, which leaves
open the possibility that FALSE
and false (in 2 different modules)
could mean the same thing.

Another blow to case insensitivity.

I'm a +1.
