PyGTK libs for Zaurus?

Anyone know anything about installing the PyGTK ligs on the Sharp Zaurus
5500?

I'm using Qutopia for the unit's  WM/desktop, would GNOME be required?  If
so, I guess this is just a pipe dream then.
