GUI programming

Actually, the oposite is true: Tkinter is the fastest to get up and
running on all platforms because it is the default GUI of Python. IMHO,
It is the default GUI for Python because of historical reasons. None of
the other options have been mature enough for consideration until the
last couple of years.
