building python in win2k with BLT libraries?

Hi all,

I've successfully build python-2.2 with tkinter + BLT libraries in linux and
solaris and is working fine.
how can i build pyhton-2.2 with tkinter+BLT libraries in win2k? Anybody have
tried this combination of build before.

I've never tried before to build python in win2k.  
Any pointer to docs is enough for me.
