Perfectly happy here with Python 2.1 on Mac OS X (10.1.3, although 
Python was compiled on a much older version).

Rather pretty visual effect as the angled bands of light and dark passed 
by (in my 132x44 window).

I'm glad I didn't try it on my 56K frame connection to elsewhere, though.
