PyQt 3.1 Compilation Problems

This is a similar bug in the Mandrake 8.1 Qt package. They removed the
the QSGIStyle and QCDEStyle classes for some reason, but didn't make the
corresponding change to qconfig.h.

Add the following to $QTDIR/include/qconfig.h and try again...

#define	QT_NO_STYLE_SGI
#define QT_NO_STYLE_CDE
