That's unfair:  "FUD" means intended misinformation.

Someone had posted a  try-continue-finally  snippet before,
and I had tried it here at work (having only 2.0 at hand)

Meanwhile, from another followup, I've learnt that this was
a bug fixed somewhere between 2.0 and 2.2, so my complaint
is ofcourse void in 2.2.
