Strange thread...

Our IT department's entire QA staff is distaff (pun intended).
Our Development staff has 6 men, 4 women. Our Manager and CIO are women.
Our Senior DBA is a woman, the Junior DBA a man.
Our Technical people, (system administrators) are 4 men, one woman
