installing the PIL library

Move the contents of "Py22\DLLs" to "Python22\DLLs". Move "PIL.pth" into
"'Python22\Lib\site-packages". Move the folder "PIL" into
"'Python22\Lib\site-packages".

Works for me on Win2K.
