browser in tkinter ??

I recognize that's not an entirely satisfying answer for
Tkinter.  It *could* be, though with a little work.  <URL: > is probably also pertinent.

My question has to do with the original questioner's intent.
Are we getting at *his* meaning for "browser in Tkinter"?
