Altivec and Python

I'm working on an AltiVec-based version of longobject.c, just as a learning
exercise (learning AV).  I don't know how useful that'll be, but what I
really hope to do is an AltiVec-based Numeric module.  This is low-priority
for me, though, so progress is not swift.
