        I once encountered the following in a bit of supposedly FORTRAN-77 
code:

        if (condition-A) then
                do stuff
                if (condition-C) goto 100
  200           do more stuff
        else
                other stuff
                if (condition-B) goto 200
  100           more other stuff
        endif
