You haven't proved about a single HTML construct that it is a command.

It is indeed interesting that you _now_ start to think about this. The 
line structure issue is indeed fairly trivial; but if you have missed 
it thus far, the odds are that this is not the only thing about the 
essence of HTML that you have missed.
