In order to build Hap you need to download the platform SDK (yeah, its
a whopper - sorry).  MS will send it to you on CD for a pretty small
fee and they're usually pretty quick.

I wasn't aware that it needed any additional DLL's to run the bin -
I've run it on XP and 2K without problems but I've never tried it
under any of the 9x's or NT 4.  I'll try running it on a few non - dev
machines this week and see what happens.  Let me know if you still are
having problems.
