Topo-Processor Module

Hello,
I am looking for an efficient module that applies a list of equation definitions to a database table, where each row in the table represents a variable and fields are assumed to be forward time sequential (i.e. like a financial model in Excel).  Does anyone know of such a module?

BTW I wrote a topological processor in Microsoft Access VB but it is very slow!
